Three New ERW Production Lines Under Construction
Huayang Steel Pipe is adding three new ERW production lines. Upon completion, the company's ERW steel pipe production range will expand to diameters from 48 mm to 660 mm, providing comprehensive coverage for small and medium-diameter pipe requirements.
The new lines will significantly improve production efficiency and inventory availability, enabling faster delivery for construction, structural, water transmission, piling, and industrial projects. The project is scheduled to be commissioned by the end of November.
At present, 76, 89, 108, 114, 127, 133, 140, 146, 152, 159, 165, 168, 180, 194, 203, 219, 245, 273, 299, 325, 351, 355, 377, 406, 426, 457, 480, and 508 mm production mills are in continuous operation, providing stable manufacturing capacity and reliable supply for global customers.
New RBE LSAW Production Line Expands Diameter to 2800 mm
To further enhance its large-diameter manufacturing capability, Huayang Steel Pipe is constructing a new RBE LSAW steel pipe production line.
After commissioning, the maximum production diameter of LSAW steel pipes will increase to 2800 mm, enabling the company to better serve large-scale infrastructure, oil and gas transmission, offshore engineering, bridge construction, municipal utilities, and foundation piling projects.
The new production line is expected to begin operation in September, further strengthening Huayang's competitiveness in the large-diameter steel pipe market.
Processing Workshop Receives Comprehensive Upgrade
Alongside production expansion, the processing workshop is undergoing a complete modernization.
Newly introduced equipment includes:
- Shot blasting machines for improved surface preparation
- Six-axis laser pipe cutting systems for higher cutting precision
These upgrades will enhance surface quality, machining accuracy, finished product appearance, and overall production consistency while supporting a more refined and efficient manufacturing process from raw material to final delivery.
