The billet is pierced into a hollow billet by piercing machine, which is the key step to form a seamless pipe, and the piercing process requires precise control of parameters such as temperature, speed and pressure to ensure the quality of the billet.

the billet after piercing is heated to a suitable temperature and hot rolled in a rolling mill to further extend and thin the wall of the pipe and improve the organisational structure and properties of the pipe.

According to the precision and size requirements of the products, the hot rolled tubes are subjected to cold drawing or cold rolling process, and the tubes are stretched or rolled through the moulds, so that the tubes can achieve higher dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Appropriate heat treatment, such as normalising and tempering, is carried out on the processed tubes to eliminate the processing stress and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the tubes.
