Founded in 2005, Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 500 million RMB (71.4 million USD),covering an area of 600,000 square meters. Besides, we have fixed assets of 1.2 billion RMB (180 million USD), annual sales revenue of nearly 10 billion RMB (1.5 billion USD), and more than 600 employees. Huayang brand ERW welded steel pipe was rated as "Hebei Famous Brand Product", and has an annual production capacity of 2 million tons. In 2024, Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. won 69th place among the top 100 private enterprises and ranked 57th in the top 100 manufacturing industries in Hebei Province, China.
Huayang currently has 17 new automated steel pipe production lines, 14 production lines of Φ76-Φ630 high-frequency straight seam welded steel pipes (ERW pipes) and 3 production lines of Φ406-Φ1422 straight seam double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes (LSAW pipes). Huayang has an advanced inspection and test center, which can conduct various physical and chemical tests of steel pipes.
Our Product
Huayang main products include: high-frequency straight seam welded steel pipes (ERW pipes) with a thickness of 2.5-20mm, and double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes (LSAW pipes) with a thickness of 9-50mm. We can also produce various models, specifications, materials, and lengths of high-frequency straight seam welded pipes and double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes according to user needs.
Huayang Steel Pipe has 42 automated production lines with an annual output of 2.6 million tons.
- 14 high-frequency welded pipe (ERW) lines, ranging from Φ76mm to Φ630mm, with a wall thickness of 2.5mm to 20mm
- 3 submerged arc welded pipe (LSAW) lines, supporting pipe diameters from Φ406mm to Φ1422mm, and thickness up to 50mm
- 25 hot expansion pipe production lines, capable of producing pipes with diameters from Φ245mm to Φ820mm and wall thickness from 5mm to 20mm
The ERW workshop is equipped with high-speed precision forming, welding, sizing, and online nondestructive testing equipment, ensuring efficient, stable, and high-quality output.
The LSAW workshop features CNC-controlled beveling, pre-bending, submerged arc welding, ultrasonic testing, and full-length hydrostatic pressure testing, guaranteeing structural integrity and weld reliability.
To meet diverse surface treatment needs, Huayang also operates:
- 2 automatic painting lines, providing uniform, durable coatings for improved corrosion resistance and appearance
- 1 anti-corrosion coating line, capable of applying epoxy, PE, or other specialized coatings, tailored for demanding pipeline environments
These facilities together support Huayang's strong manufacturing capacity and ensure products are well-prepared for both domestic and international infrastructure projects.
Product Application
Huayang steel pipes are widely used for high, medium, and low-pressure fluid transmission pipelines such as oil, natural gas, water, steam, and gas, as well as structural steel pipes for piling, bridges, and buildings, and Huayang steel pipes undertaken the construction of landmark projects both domestically and internationally. As a comprehensive production enterprise, Huayang has established Hebei Wingo Enterprise Co.,Ltd., as well as 3 branches and 5 offices in Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Shandong, Sichuan, Guangzhou and other places. We exported to more than 80 regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Europe and America. "Huayang" brand steel pipe has gained praise and a high reputation worldwide.
