The external anti-corrosion production line of Huayang Steel Pipe demonstrates remarkable versatility in pipe diameter adaptation, capable of handling external anti-corrosion steel pipes with diameters ranging from 219mm to 1,626mm, wall thicknesses from 6mm to 27mm, lengths from 8m to 16m, and a maximum single-pipe weight of 18 tons. It offers a diverse range of anti-corrosion product forms, including single-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder (FBE), as well as double-layer polyethylene (2PE)/triple-layer polyethylene (3PE), double-layer polypropylene (2PP)/triple-layer polypropylene (3PP) winding on the outer wall. In terms of steel pipe requirements and standards, the steel pipe materials cover grades such as Q235, Q345, and X-series grades up to X120. The types of steel pipes include straight seam submerged arc welded pipes, spiral seam submerged arc welded pipes, ERW straight seam welded pipes, and other steel pipes meeting API 5L standards. The steel pipe manufacturing standards strictly adhere to multiple national standards, such as GB/T 3091 - 2015 Welded Steel Pipes for Low-Pressure Fluid Transportation, SY/T 5037 - 2018 Submerged Arc Welded Steel Pipes for General Fluid Transportation Pipeline. The anti-corrosion products comply with standards like GB/T 8923.1 - 2011, GB/T 23257 - 2017, GB/T 39636 - 2020, and SY/T 0315 - 2013, ensuring top-notch product quality. Notably, the production speed of 3PE (regular grade) can reach 300m/h (3.39m/min for Ф219; 2.72m/min for Ф508; 0.98m/min for Ф1,626), showcasing formidable production potential.
The internal anti-corrosion production line is equally impressive. It is applicable to steel pipes with diameters ranging from 406mm to 1,626mm (when the diameter is less than 508mm, the maximum pipe length for internal anti-corrosion production is 12m), with the same wall thickness and length ranges as the external anti-corrosion production line, and a maximum single-pipe weight of 18 tons. It can provide anti-corrosion or drag reduction product forms such as internal liquid epoxy drag reduction coatings and internal epoxy powder coatings. The steel pipe requirements and standards are similar to those of the external anti-corrosion production line, all strictly following relevant national standards. The anti-corrosion products comply with standards such as GB/T 8923.1 - 2011, SY/T0457 - 2019, and CJ/T 120 - 2016, guaranteeing high-quality internal anti-corrosion products.
Currently, Huayang Steel Pipe is intensively preparing for the upcoming production launch. This includes professional training for production line operators, rechecking and optimizing the equipment's operational stability, and comprehensively streamlining production processes, all aimed at ensuring a smooth production start in June.
