Huayang 108 mm ERW steel pipes are manufactured from premium hot-rolled steel coils using advanced high-frequency electric resistance welding technology, ensuring uniform weld fusion, excellent straightness, and tight dimensional tolerances. EN 10219 S355JR is a cold-formed structural steel grade with a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa, tensile strength of 470–630 MPa, and minimum elongation of 20%, providing excellent load-bearing capacity and fabrication performance. Pipe Protection
Pipe-end protection is advisable in case the pipe-ends are bevelled at the pipe manufacturer. In the case of overseas transport, there is an especially increased risk of damaged pipe-ends. This is caused by extra handling procedures in ports and shifting of the pipes onboard vessels.
In addition to end caps or protective rings, external wrapping with protective cloth can be applied along the pipe body.
