L245 is a low-carbon line pipe steel with a minimum yield strength of 245 MPa, designed for fluid transmission systems operating under moderate pressure. The controlled chemical composition ensures a low carbon equivalent, which improves weldability and reduces the risk of cold cracking during field welding. For diameters ranging from 508 to 914 mm, Huayang adopts precision forming and online weld seam heat treatment to stabilize the microstructure along the ERW joint. Each pipe is subjected to ultrasonic inspection, hydrostatic testing, and dimensional verification. This ensures uniform wall thickness, consistent mechanical properties, and reliable performance during installation, especially in projects where alignment accuracy and construction efficiency are critical.
