The strip enters the forming area after longitudinal shearing and is slowly curled into a tube under the guidance of a series of rollers. After the high-frequency current is concentrated on the edge of the joint for heating, it is instantly fused under the action of the extrusion roller to form a uniform and continuous weld. Our welding area is equipped with eddy current detection equipment, which can detect small defects such as pores, inclusions, and incomplete penetration in the weld online, and feedback processing is carried out in the first time to ensure the welding stability and sealing of each welded pipe.
Shaping, cutting, testing, precision control throughout the whole process
After welding, the steel pipe will enter the shaping area to further correct the roundness and straightness, and then the automatic sizing system will complete the high-speed cutting. Each DN500 steel pipe will be subjected to water pressure testing and ultrasonic non-destructive testing after cutting to ensure that the weld strength and overall pressure resistance meet the standards. The pipe body is sprayed with code and marked simultaneously, which is convenient for on-site identification and installation of the project, and truly achieves batch stability and consistent parameters.
