Huayang DN300 API 5L PSL1 Grade B ERW steel pipes are manufactured from high-quality hot-rolled pipeline steel coils using advanced high-frequency electric resistance welding technology, ensuring excellent weld consistency, precise dimensional tolerance, and stable mechanical properties. API 5L PSL1 Grade B provides a minimum yield strength of 245 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 415 MPa, offering excellent weldability and toughness for pressurized water transportation. The DN300 size is widely applied in municipal water supply systems, long-distance water conveyance projects, pumping stations, and industrial circulating water pipelines. Every pipe is subjected to hydrostatic pressure testing, ultrasonic weld inspection, eddy current testing, tensile testing, flattening tests, and chemical composition verification to ensure full compliance with API 5L requirements. Huayang can also provide internal liquid epoxy lining, FBE, 2PE, and 3PE coating systems, significantly improving corrosion resistance, reducing flow resistance, and extending the operational life of buried and exposed water pipelines.

Pipe Protection
Pipe-end protection is advisable in case the pipe-ends are bevelled at the pipe manufacturer. In the case of overseas transport, there is an especially increased risk of damaged pipe-ends. This is caused by extra handling procedures in ports and shifting of the pipes onboard vessels.
In addition to end caps or protective rings, external wrapping with protective cloth can be applied along the pipe body.
