The equipment used in the workshop is domestically advanced or even imported. The processes such as medium frequency heating, electrostatic spraying, extrusion winding, etc. are all controlled by the automation system. Not only is the coating uniform and has strong adhesion, but also the pinhole rate is low and the durability is good. Each steel pipe must pass the full process inspection such as appearance inspection, electric spark leak detection, coating thickness test, etc., and will be sent to the marking and packaging section only after passing the inspection to ensure that the delivered products can withstand on-site acceptance.
We have a steel pipe production capacity of 2.6 million tons/year, and the anti-corrosion line has sufficient production capacity. The 3PE line with ordinary diameter can reach up to 300 meters/hour at the fastest. The steel pipe is produced by Huayang itself, from forming to anti-corrosion to loading and shipping, all completed in one stop, without outsourcing, eliminating the intermediate transportation link, saving costs and worry.
